Kate works quite uniquely. She very much believes in cardio vascular work as part of the programme she creates for her clients. However, as opposed to outdoor running, Kate uses a ‘trampette’(mini trampoline).
In her own words...
Your bones and joints can be put under incredible strain when running on a pavement. Quite often I see people ‘pounding’ the pavement and worse, wearing the wrong trainers, it brings tears to my eyes!
The trampette provides spring and good resistance so your bones, joints and skeleton are less impacted and at the same time cardio vascular exercise is achieved.
Kate tailors a programme for her client’s individual needs by consultation.
